Access Canberra requires licensed agents and registered salespersons to undertake continuing professional development (CPD) as a condition of licence and registration renewal.
CPD must be completed within the twelve months of the registration, between 1 November and 31 October.
There are different categories of CPD learning. An agent or salesperson is required to obtain 12 points of continuing professional development within a 12-month period.
