CPD for ACT Licence holders

Access Canberra requires licensed agents and registered salespersons to undertake continuing professional development (CPD) as a condition of licence and registration renewal.

CPD must be completed within the twelve months of the licence - for agents between 1 July and 30 June of the year of the licence.

There are different categories of CPD learning. An agent or salesperson is required to obtain 12 points of continuing professional development in a 12 month period.
