Course Objectives

  • Understand the benefits of international etiquette.

This unit provides Category 2, 4 points of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and is aligned to CPPDSM3019B - Communicate with clients as part of agency operations and CPPDSM4005A - Establish and build client-agency relationships.
